A doorbell needs the right transformer. I check, and say what is needed before I begin.

I set it up with you
The app goes on your phone, and your Wi-Fi gets the device. You use it before I go.

Do I need Wi-Fi?
For a video doorbell or camera, yes. I check the signal at the door before I fit anything, and tell you if it is weak.
Who can see the camera?
Only the people you add in the app. I set it up on your phone, and a family member is added only with your okay.
Can you fit a lock on any door?
On most standard doors. I measure before I order, and I tell you if the door is the problem.
Do you install burglar alarm systems?
No. I do not install or monitor systems that call a security company.
