Privacy policy

I collect only what I need to plan and do your visit: your name, phone number, email and address, what you tell me about the job, and any photos you choose to text me. If you book for a parent, I also keep their name, phone number and address.

How it is used

• To call you back and agree a time.
• To plan the visit and write the estimate.
• To keep a record of the work done at the address.

Who sees it

Brandi and Frank see what the visit needs. If a permit is needed, the building department sees the address and the work. I do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

Booking for a parent

I phone your parent before any visit. I tell them who booked, and I do not share their details with anyone else. If they would rather not have the visit, I delete what they and you sent.

Photos

Photos you text go to my phone, not to this website. I use them to prepare for the visit, and delete them when the job is closed unless you ask me to keep them.

Seeing or deleting your information

Call or text (502) 555-0100, or write to hello@bridgeshomeelectric.com, and I will send you what I have or delete it.
