For families
Booking a visit for a parent or relative
Many people looking after someone else are doing it from a distance. You can book, and I take it from there.
- 01
You send the basics
Their name, the address, the best number and what you think they need. A text works.
- 02
I call them first
I phone your parent myself, say who I am, and agree a time that suits them, not only you.
- 03
They decide
If they would rather not, nothing is booked. The time is theirs to agree.
- 04
The visit
You can be on the phone, or leave it to us. The price is written before any work, and they keep a copy.
- 05
Afterward
If you ask, I text or call you a short note on what was done and what is left.
- 06
Who pays
You can pay for the visit. I ask your parent's okay on the work, and write the price for both of you.

Questions
For the person booking
Will you let my parent know who is coming?
Yes. I phone them before the visit, and again when I am on my way.
Can I be there on the phone?
Yes, if your parent wants that. I can call you from the house, or you can stay out of it.
What if my parent doesn't want the work?
Then I don't do it. I never start a job without their yes.
Can I get a summary afterward?
If you ask, I send a short text on what was done.
